Following our assessment by the independent body SGS in June 2012, in which we were awarded the ISO 9001: 2008 certificate, we have recently been approved for a further 12 month extension.
The certification extension follows a review which highlighted zero non-conformances review. The external auditor even commented that “RSG is a beautiful company”.
We are delighted with this extension of the accreditation as an acknowledgement for our continued efforts in ensuring our processes are up to the highest of standards. This in turn helps to ensure high quality levels of customer service.
Our Regulator Affairs Officer commented on the recent extension:
"We have maintained an adherence and developed processes that are required by the standard and are very pleased that this has been recognised by SGS."
